We replaced a trade fair with matching.
Global Composite Network grew out of Composites Bridge, a composites trade fair planned for Bangkok. When we asked buyers and suppliers what they wanted, the answer was clear: fewer aisles, more of the right meetings.
Why GCN exists
Composites Bridge was planned as a three-day exhibition. While selling it, we spoke with procurement and engineering leads at OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and processors across Asia, Europe and North America. Very few wanted another booth. What they wanted was targeted introductions: verified suppliers for a specific part, buyers with a real programme, and a way to meet them without spending a week on the road.
So we stopped selling floor space. GCN is a year-round network where buyers state what they need, suppliers are verified, and meetings are booked only where interest is mutual. GCN Business Matching Bangkok 2027 brings those matches together for two days of pre-matched 1:1 meetings.
We price by the meeting because that is how our members measure the value of an event. Every package shows its cost per meeting, and meetings that do not happen come back as pro-rata credit.
