Global Composite Network (GCN) is operated by Messe Asia Co., Ltd., Bangkok, Thailand ("we", "us"). By using gcomposite.com or buying a package you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@gcomposite.com.

Part A. Website terms

A1. Use of the site

You may use this site to learn about GCN, contact us and use the member platform. Do not misuse it: no scraping of member data, automated account creation, spam, attempts to break security, or uploading unlawful content.

A2. Member content

You are responsible for what you publish in your profile, intents, job and M&A listings. It must be accurate and you must have the right to share it. You give us a licence to display it on the platform and in matching. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

A3. Verification

The Verified badge means we checked the documents listed on the profile on the date shown. It is not a factory audit, a quality guarantee or a recommendation. Members remain responsible for their own supplier qualification and contracts.

A4. Introductions and deals

GCN introduces companies. We are not a party to any contract between members and are not responsible for their performance. M&A teasers are information only and not an offer of securities.

A5. Intellectual property

The GCN name, logo and site content belong to Messe Asia Co., Ltd. The TCA name and logo belong to the Thai Composites Association.

A6. Liability

We provide the site with reasonable care but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Part B. Package terms

B1. What you buy

Each package includes what is listed on the packages page on the date of your order. Annual memberships run for 12 months from activation. Bangkok 2027 matching packages (Matching Delegate, Matching Partner, Founding Partner) apply to GCN Business Matching Bangkok 2027 and its pre-event matching round.

B2. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and withholding tax, which are added where Thai law requires. Pay by card through our payment provider, or by bank transfer within 14 days of the invoice date. Matching packages are confirmed when payment is received. Bank charges are paid by the sender.

B3. Discounts

Members of the Thai Composites Association receive 15% off the list price of paid packages using code TCA-MEMBER or a personal TCA code. We may check membership with TCA. Discounts cannot be combined unless we agree in writing.

B4. How meetings are booked

Meetings are booked by mutual-interest matching: both sides must opt in. We do not guarantee that any particular company will accept a meeting. We do guarantee the number of meetings in your package, through pro-rata credit as set out below.

B5. Pro-rata meeting credit

If a matching package delivers fewer meetings than it includes, we credit the difference.

• Value: package price paid, divided by the number of meetings included, multiplied by the meetings not delivered.
• Counts as delivered: a meeting both sides accepted that took place, online or in Bangkok.
• Counts for credit: a meeting we could not schedule, or one the other side cancelled or did not attend.
• Does not count for credit: a meeting you cancelled after accepting, or did not attend, without at least 24 hours' notice; meetings you declined from your shortlist after we offered enough matches to fill your package.
• Use: credit can be used against any GCN package or event within 18 months of the event. It is not refundable in cash and cannot be transferred to another company without our agreement.

B6. Cancellation by you

• Annual membership: cancel within 14 days of activation for a full refund, unless you have already used an introduction or received the Verified badge. After that, membership runs to the end of the term and is not refunded.
• Matching packages: cancel in writing more than 120 days before the first event day for a refund less 20% of the price. Between 120 and 60 days, 50% is refunded. Less than 60 days, no refund, but you may name a colleague or another company to take your place.

B7. Changes and cancellation by us

Event dates are to be confirmed and will be announced with at least 90 days' notice. If we change the dates and you cannot attend, you may move your package to online meetings, take credit, or ask for a full refund. If we cancel the event, we refund in full or, if you prefer, convert the package into credit. We may change the programme, sessions or venue layout without changing your meeting entitlement.

B8. Branding and speaking

Branding and speaking elements need your materials by the deadlines we send. Sessions and content are subject to our editorial approval.

B9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction, though we will always try to settle a dispute by conversation first.
