How it works
The short version. The full rules are in the sponsorship and booth terms.
- Buying
- Sponsorships are agreed by proposal and confirmed in writing. Display booths can be reserved at checkout, by card or invoice.
- Deliverables
- Exactly what is listed for each item. Positions in the room follow the final room plan.
- Artwork
- Logo files and copy are due by the deadlines we send with your confirmation. Artwork that arrives late may miss print items.
- Cancellation
- As for event packages: more than 120 days before the event, refund less 20%; 120 to 60 days, 50%; under 60 days, no refund, but you may pass it to a colleague or another company.
- Meetings
- Sponsorships and booths include no guaranteed meetings. For hosted meetings, add a Bangkok package: any guaranteed meeting that does not happen is refunded at its per-meeting rate.
- TCA members
- 15% off the list price of sponsorships and booths, with code TCA-MEMBER or your personal TCA code.
