Meetings only where interest is mutual.
Matching starts with what you need, not with who has a booth. Both sides see the match, both sides opt in, and only then is a meeting booked.

The process
Five steps, the same for buyers and suppliers.
Profile and intents
You complete a structured profile and state what you buy or offer: part, process, material, volume, certification, region and timing.
Scored shortlist
GCN scores overlap on sector, process, material and region. For Bangkok 2027 matching rounds, our team checks every shortlist before meetings are booked.
Both sides opt in
You see who matched and why, and accept or decline. The other side does the same. Nobody is booked into a meeting they did not choose.
Meeting booked
Accepted pairs get a slot: a video call any time of year, or a 1:1 table at GCN Business Matching Bangkok 2027. You get the agenda and the other side's profile in advance.
Follow-up
After each meeting both sides rate it in two clicks. That feedback improves your next shortlist and tells us when a meeting did not happen.
What “verified” means
A document check, done by GCN, with the date shown on the profile. Nothing more is implied, nothing less is accepted.
- Company
- Registration certificate or equivalent checked against the legal name and address on the profile.
- Aerospace quality
- AS9100 or EN 9100 certificate: issuing body, scope and expiry date checked. Listed in the OASIS database where applicable.
- General quality
- ISO 9001 certificate: issuer, scope and expiry checked.
- Automotive
- IATF 16949 certificate: issuer, site and expiry checked.
- Special processes
- NADCAP accreditations, DNV or Lloyd's Register approvals where the supplier lists them.
- Environment
- ISO 14001 where listed.
- Renewal
- Re-checked every 12 months or when a certificate expires, whichever comes first. Expired documents remove the badge.
Verification is not a factory audit or a quality guarantee. Buyers should run their own supplier qualification before placing orders.
Cost per meeting, side by side
The fairest way to compare a booth with a matching package is to divide what you spend by the conversations that matter.
Cost per meeting
USD 27,000 ÷ 15 conversations
USD 4,900 ÷ 12 pre-matched meetings, before travel
Example calculation. Booth figures are illustrative assumptions for a mid-size international show, not quotes. GCN figures use the current list price. Travel to Bangkok is not included in the GCN figure; add your own.
Pro-rata credit
If a paid package delivers fewer meetings than it includes, you get the difference back as credit. You do not pay for meetings that did not happen.
Worked example
Matching Delegate: USD 4,900 for 12 meetings, so USD 408 per meeting. If 10 meetings take place and 2 do not, you receive USD 816 in credit.
- Counts as delivered
- A meeting both sides accepted that took place, online or in Bangkok.
- Counts for credit
- A meeting we could not schedule, or one the other side cancelled or missed.
- Does not count
- A meeting you declined after accepting, or missed yourself without 24 hours' notice.
- Using credit
- Against any GCN package or event within 18 months. Credit is not paid out in cash.
Full rules are in the package terms.
